We've had 2 cars so far looked after by Hutt City Auto Services and both times it's been top notch service. Extremely good communication, they call and let you know what's what. They are exceptional at diagnostics, and super friendly staff. Car is due for servicing in October and I am not hesitating to take it in to Paul and his team. You leave feeling Extremely confident that you have been looked after and your car has been too.

It can be hard finding a mechanic you trust but hutt city auto services blew my expectations away. The team was extremely accommodating, transparent and affordable. Their customer service has to be one of these I’ve ever experienced and I will definitely be back going forward. My car runs and feels amazing now too. Will definitely be recommending to anyone in the future!

Absolutely the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain what they found, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel dismissed or talked down to. What impressed me most was their honesty. They actually advised me not to have work done because it wasn’t necessary, even though they easily could have charged me for it as I thought it needed replacing. Their pricing for the work they did do was also incredibly reasonable. It’s rare to find mechanics who are this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Awesome team!
