Absolutely the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain what they found, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel dismissed or talked down to. What impressed me most was their honesty. They actually advised me not to have work done because it wasn’t necessary, even though they easily could have charged me for it as I thought it needed replacing. Their pricing for the work they did do was also incredibly reasonable. It’s rare to find mechanics who are this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Awesome team!

The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was explained clearly with no unnecessary repairs or hidden costs. It's hard to find someone this trustworthy these days. So I did a replacement kit on my Holden vz berlina spark plug coils gasket, had issue with it idle rand city auto spoke with Tom, 4 star mate gave me some great vice and was very help with a Honest and helpful Recommendation.and gave me a start price to find issue via diagnostics machine which I had so I gave Era readings , Hey adviced me on issue . All this for free what a wonderful team i really appreciated So I highly recommend 👌

Had an unexpected car issue with my dads car over the weekend & looked up a garage near me that might be open & came across Hutt City Autos . Sent them an email through their website and got a reply first thing Monday morning from Paul . Advised that he can get my car in due to the urgency and even had a courtesy car to use if needed . Paul was very explanatory since the first phone call about what needed to be fixed and pricing, as well as timeframe when it will be ready . I was amazed at the service Paul and his team provided and having the car ready by the end of the day . He was very patient and listened to our needs and made sure everything went smoothly . Thank you Paul & the team for looking after us ! We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back for sure !
